Every cohort needs three kinds of yes.
A parent who enrolls a young man. A mentor who shows up for six weeks. A partner who opens the doors. MetaDAD is a 6-week, 60-minutes-a-week leadership mentorship program — Week 1 opens with Orientation, Week 6 closes with Celebration & Commissioning, and every session in between builds character, confidence, and resilience.
For Parents & Guardians
Enroll a Mentee
MetaDAD pairs young men of middle and high school age with vetted adult mentors in a structured, safe environment — a place to learn, reflect, and prepare for their future.
What you gain

- A $100 completion stipend, disbursed by I.T.S. Fatherhood

What you give
- Attend six weekly 60-minute sessions, on time
- Participate respectfully in discussion and group dialogue
- Share honest weekly reflections
- A signed Parent/Guardian Agreement before the cohort begins

For Men Ready to Lead
Become a Mentor
Mentors are experienced men who volunteer their time to guide and encourage the next generation. The curriculum, session structure, and facilitation model are all provided — you bring presence and consistency.
What you gain
- Direct, measurable impact on a young man's trajectory
- A complete curriculum and facilitation model — no lesson prep
- A defined commitment: six weekly sessions, 60 minutes each
- A $250 completion stipend, disbursed by I.T.S. Fatherhood
- A community of fathers and leaders committed to the same work
- Your experience feeds fatherhood research through the I.T.S. Fatherhood Research Center
What you give
- Six weekly 60-minute sessions across the cohort
- The Fatherhood Impact Survey (10–15 minutes) as part of selection
- A cleared background check and signed confidentiality agreement
- Positive leadership, respectful listening, and healthy boundaries

For Churches & Community Organizations
Partner to Deploy MetaDAD
Bring MetaDAD to your community. I.T.S. Fatherhood supplies the program; you supply the people and the place. Each cohort runs ten mentors and ten mentees through the full six-week experience.
What you gain
- The complete MetaDAD curriculum, framework, and facilitation model
- Onboarding materials, participant agreements, and program documentation
- A Partner Dashboard with live visibility into your cohort's enrollment and progress
- Participant data systems — the Fatherhood Impact Survey and post-program assessments — operated by I.T.S.
- Mentor and mentee stipends disbursed by I.T.S. Fatherhood
- Ongoing program oversight and quality assurance through the cohort
- Outcome reporting you can bring to your congregation, board, and funders
What you give
- Recruit, vet, and select ten qualified mentors from your community
- Identify ten young men and coordinate with their parents or guardians
- Host the in-person kickoff session at your facility
- A named point of contact through the cohort
